Promotion regarding Water Testing Expenses

It is certainly easy to understand that the more parameters we can gain from on-site and lab-testing, the more accurate treatment system capacities can be calculated and the better an overall design can be conducted.

All too often we see lab reports with very limited parameters, often just very few parameters are tested for on-site, let alone the opportunity to simulate any future system’s efficiency on-site.

We believe that professional consultation, setting and discussing realistic expectations and a holistic information- and data-gathering process are crucial factors in our business, ultimately leading to appropriate treatment solutions. Imagine a doctor giving you a prescription over the phone, based on just the observations YOU relay. Would that not leave quite some room for doubts?

We understand that collecting all relevant data – please reference back to our water testing sheets for details – means that some costs will apply beforehand. Yet all this will ensure that our customers are satisfied with the results.

Since budget is always a consideration, we felt, the best way to support each other is to generate a promotional refund program with respect to expenses incurred for laboratory based water testing sequences.

Such refund for qualified water tests is valid in conjunction with subsequent orders. We will refund a certain percentage of the lab costs back to our clients according to the table and details further below.

This offer can be withdrawn at any time without further notice. Please see details and conditions below. 

1. The complete process needs to be performed by a qualified member of PWNS
2. The offer is valid in combination with the purchase of new and complete units (not parts thereof or refurbishing)
3. A minimum purchase value of $700 net applies for eligibility
4. The refund is based on the table below and the net value, paid by the customer for eligible components
5. The potential refund only applies if one of the packages (1 to 4) for the lab testing sequence has been chosen
6. The refund structure does NOT apply to “Additional tests” as displayed on our sheet “PWNS – Pricing Structure for Comprehensive Water Testing”
7. The refund does NOT apply to time-related travel expenses, charged to the customer
8. The customer needs to pay the full price initially in accordance with our policies and terms
9. It is the customer’s choice to either receive the refund directly (cheque or e-mail transfer), after a completed installation and once full payment has been received or to have it applied against the purchase of treatment devices (applies to remaining balances only, not deposit payments)
10. Any calculated refund is always based on net-product value, meaning installation, service or maintenance costs are excluded from the promotion
